This is your Aboriginal Health Service. If you would like to provide suggestions or feedback, or if you have a complaint about something that isn't quite right, we want to know about it. 

Complaints Process

Patients have a ‘right to complain’ and where possible patients and others are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the person in question.  We believe most complaints can be responded to and resolved at the time the patient or other people such as carers (relative, friend other consumer) makes them known to us.

Alternatively please put your complaint in writing or a complaint form can be found by clicking here .  Forms can be emailed to reception@nunyara.org.au or be placed in the feedback box at clinic reception. The CEO will then respond to your complaint.

 Furthering your complaint

If your complaint is not resolved following the above process, you can contact The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner. They are open Monday - Friday and you can call them toll free on 1800 232 007 or write to them at PO Box 199 Rundle Mall, SA 5000 or fill in a complaint form at www.hcscc.sa.gov.au
